PETROSOL Energies Website Rebuild
Role — Front-end DeveloperTimeline — 08/2026Stack — Nextjs, Claude Design, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Turborepo, Bun, Mux, Sanity CMS
The problem
The existing PETRSOL website was built with wordpress and did not match the growing demands of the company and the brand. It was slow, and it did not fully showcase the company’s grwoing services. The previous developer was not available to update important information on the website and that made the website data dated as far back as 2 years ago.
The approach
- Rebuilt all four surfaces on one modern stack — React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn/UI — for a consistent design language and faster iteration.
- Moved all of the dyamic content like events, blogs, awards, pump prices etc to Sanity and built the Sanity admin for in-house staff to use to update on their own
- Used modern web standards to make the website faster. Webp images and Mux for video delivery
The result
Moved all of the dyamic content like events, blogs, awards, pump prices etc to Sanity and built the Sanity admin for in-house staff to use to update on their own
